You are required by Law to have a gas safety inspection performed annually on all gas appliances in your properties and performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer

We work with a number of national letting agents as well as with private landlords.

As a customer of ADR Services (Midlands) Ltd you will receive an annual reminder from us one month before your inspection falls due. With your permission we will liaise directly with your tennants to arrange a suitable date and time for the inspection to take place, keeping you informed of arrangements by email, telephone or sms - whichever is your preference.

Just like with any other boiler service we perform we will also provide you with our full safety and efficiency report to keep you informed about the internal state and efficiency of your boiler and warn you of any potential issues that we spot while we undertake our inspection.
