Safety Report

At ADR we go further than other companies

At no extra cost we give you an energy efficiency and safety report along with your gas inspection or boiler service.

We check that your heating system is as efficient as it can be and let you know what you could do to improve efficiency and save money on your energy bills.

We also check your heating/hot water system for safety. The gas inspection certificate focuses on the gas appliance's operating safety. We go further and check all aspects of safety on your heating and hot water system, for example we check; whether flue terminal guards have been fitted correctly where required, or for signs of damage or fatigue of appliances or their components which can lead to failure of the appliance or dangerous operation.

This report ensures that you know exactly how safe your system is and how you can make it safer, protecting yourself, your family and your tenants.
